Is it normal to still have a world in my head?

I am 22 years old and still talk out loud to myself. I don't know why, but I'd rather spend time talking to myself than to others who actually "exist". I will sit in my room for hours and fantasize conversations I might have with people. I would just rather spend time alone in my own world than with others. Is that normal?

    I do this too OP, you have to balance your 'zone out time' with 'people time' is all. No big deal.

    Sounds like Paranoid Schzophrenia you need to go get some physiological help before this affect you and gets you locked up in a mental hospital

    Look, lots of people talk to themselves or vocalize from time to time but you are taking it to the next level. Life is about balance so it would be a shame if you cut yourself off from real human conversation with others or relationships etc.. The strangest thing I've ever done: l once told a piece of carrot cake that I was going to eat it! Thankfully this was a one off, I still talk to people.

    Sure this is normal, becos when we r alone we can see the truth as it is .
    Try to think of your God, your Creator
    Try to think of ALLAH
    Try to call ALLAH from your deep inside u will get the relief, rest satisfaction.
