I'm in a fully committed relationship but I catch myself thinking about a ex. He was a total jerk but I was so infatuated with him I didn't care. He had everything I physically wanted in a guy. I don't know I feel guilty for having these feelings. I have to stop myself from texting him.I've only had the want to actually talk to him a couple of times but never did. I just can't seem to shake him. It's been 2 years since we broke up. Hmmmm..... could really use some advice

    You need to look for personality, not the physical features, not the social features. A guy may be shy in the public, but inside he may be a hardcore social paradise!

    You can't choose what you find physically attractive. You don't have power over that.

    What you do have power over is keeping him a fantasy, out of real life, where he can't mess up your life or damage what you have with your current partner.
