Is it normal to still be a virgin at 30 under these circumstances?

of course you can!! maybe go out with a group of your friends and their girlfriends/gf friends and see if there are any you like? in a relaxed social setting like that is it easy to meet people. and dont put so much pressure on yourself or call yourself a loser, focus on building up your confidence and filling your life with interesting activities/people and the right girl will come along. if its meant to be it will happen :) you could also join a support group for those with similar conditions as you'll meet people who truly understand and maybe some girls! or try internet dating, its getting more popular and i know of quite a few young, attractive, well-adjusted people who met that way :)
