Yes you might get drunk without showing the usual signs (alcohol breath) etc but... you run the risk of alcohol poisoning.
You see when you over-indulge in alcohol, you throw up as a self-defense mechanism. Literally your body is trying to expel the poison.
When you consume via tampon and bypass the stomach altogether your body has no way of getting rid of the excess. Your body might try to throw it up but it won't fix anything.
End result - alcohol poisoning, dehydration, and o yes... Dead. Make your family proud of all you learned eh?
