Is it normal to stay up almost every day

I usually fall asleep around 3-4 AM and i wake up around 2-3 PM. I have seen an odd decrease in the amount of food i eat. I also find it difficult to do some every day tasks like checking the mail and taking out the garbage. Does this affect my help and how can i change this?

  • I stay up late too bit I get up to go to work at 7. You are ok don't worry if it bugs you then try shifting when you sleep in small increments. Ie go to bed half an hour or so earlier and set an alarm to get up a bit earlier.

  • Sounds like depression. There are meds that can help with this.
