    I try to dump him to today.. I text him it's over between us, I don't want to hear anything about you anymore i'm done.. I'm so over you... and then after 2hours I text him back sorry for those texts, I didn't mean it..I can get over you..       Uhoh :o( This means he knows he can treat you like rubbish and he thinks you are such a fool that you will hang around to be abused.

      He's right though isn't he?

      I hope someday you grow up and gain some self-respect.

      However, he will dump you soon because men don't like doormats and he will take up with someone exciting, dynamic and feisty.

      Sorry girl, you're in trouble.

          You will not die!!!

          You had better change and learn to respect yourself so that he will start to respect you. He needs to know he has something valuable and want to keep it. Not a doormat, he wipes his feet on and kicks out of his way when he gets bored!

          Get a hobby.
          Don't always be available.
          Don't text him first.
          Only text if you have something to say!
          Turn phone off when you go to bed.
          Don't allow him to dictate what you do or where you go.

          Grow a backbone and love yourself first!!
