  • The trick is to keep your metabolism burning. Not only is what you are doing unhealthy, but it's only going to take longer to lose weight. Your body will just try to hold onto fat more because it notices you aren't giving it anything, therefore, storage mode. Watch carbs and calories (at least 1,000 calories), get the majority of your carbs from fresh vegetables, and eat small every 3 hours. You'll have steady energy all day because you're allowing your metabolism to burn fat. Try drinking at least 80 oz of water per day, and no more than 10 oz of clear diet soda or tea, etc. Take a multivitamin every day. Your concern should be more about health than looks.
