  • In a sense, it's normal for 'society'. BUT, starving yourself also has a chance of making you even fatter. Just exercise and set up an eating schedule.

    One exercise I do is just walking up and down the stairs for a certain amount of time. It's pretty basic, doesn't require a machine, and I can do it rain or shine. There's also curl ups, push ups, and other things.
