Sorry for your hardships, but be persistant in your job searches, revisit your applied places often, and ask if there is any change or a opening. Use all your contacts, friends, family, whatever to locate that first job. It will happen, in the mean time, let nature take its course, after talking with your partner much and making sure he also is ready for the added responisibility. There is help for young starting couples, check with your local health department, check online also. It will all be fine, if you put forth your greatest effort.
