i thought the fast food places didn't use grease anymore and now they only use cooking-oil yeah your overdoing it i hate olive-oil its so nasty and it taste so bad its just yukky to me i like vegetable-oil way better i never do what you do i just eat the oil
Olive oils are good for low to no heat. For frying I believe the "healthy" oils are coconut and grapeseed oils. In this thread I believe they meant, "grease" = "oily mess"

But at least it's healthier than the oil they use at fast food joints. In cities, they even banned oils with trans fats.
