My wife's younger sister is 27, single, about 5'4" thin, with perky breasts and a flat tummy. The term sister in law implies that you should treat and think of her as a sister-in-law. What you're doing is very selfish and disrespectful of both your wife and her sister.     NORMAL. I'm wondering why only 3 times in 5 years? Seems to me you've wasted a lot of time. If you want her, start flirting with her. She'll get the hint, and either turn you down, or give you the "go" signal by flirting back. Stop wasting time and just do it.
