Sometimes there is an issue that has me feel overwhelmed, but there are others that happen for no reason. The ones without reason are the only ones I'm really concerned about since I do know about the stress relieving qualities of a good cry. I sincerely doubt that menstruation has much to do with it; hormones are the more likely culprit.
Though I do find it pretty amusing that we both have the same basic thought when sadness rears it's ugly head.
Now I'm really confused - I don't get your distinction between the menstrual cycle and hormones? It's all connected and the menstrual cycle is surely all about hormones?
Yea, the menstrual cycle is all for screwing around with hormones, but mine doesn't have an affect of whenever I get overwhelmed. Therefore, normal hormones.
IIN to sometimes start crying uncontrollably for absolutely no reason?
