    I'm guessing it's not normal, as I don't think it can happen. It is possible to orgasm w/o cumming, but the other way around????
    Perhaps you are just beginning puberty, and what you mistakenly think is cum is actually preseminal fluid.

      No, it's definitely semen. Perhaps it is technically an orgasm, but it doesn't leave me with any kind of pleasurable feeling.
