      His/her mother's no but what is the problem with the cousins? I see this often on this site don't people know that there isn't anything wrong with actually having sex with a cousin(although extra caution should ad used tm avoid pregnancy ) or marrying-yes folks it isn't even illegal.

            First cousins? Depends on where you live. In the US, it is illegal in most states. It is legal in almost every other country in the world, though.
