Is it normal to sneeze when you look at the sun?

As title suggests, I always sneeze exactly 3 times when I look at the sun. My colleague says this is bizarre human behavior, I believe it is normal. I will let the masses decide.

Yes. This is not because your eyes are overloaded, but because the area of the brain associated with sight is near the area that triggers a sneezing reflex. When you look at the sun, the visual part of your brain becomes so active some of the activity goes to the sneeze reflex area and triggers a sneeze.

My ex always said that and I thought it was abnormal or just 'unique'. I guess its individual differences

I'll look at a bright light or towards the sun when I feel a sneeze that just won't come.
