    I think that it's normal to take notice of other guys at the urinal. It would be impolite to blatantly stare, but no big deal to take a peek.

    I was at a urinal in a Toronto, CA rest stop last year and the trucker pissing in the urinal next to mine seemed to like it when he caught me staring at him taking a piss. I didn't do anything with him, however, because I am not gay.
