It is a bit excessive if you do have responsibilities during the day. I smoke weed, but in my spare time so it doesn't get involved with my school, parents, etc. even though my dad is fine with it I do not want to be baked off my ass around him 24/7. And if you are smoking J's, get a bong. Bong=0 tar intake.
P.S. studies show people who smoke weed have a less chance of getting lung cancer, so keep on tokin!
