I smoke maybe once or twice a week, and I consider myself a pothead.
And smoking pot doesn't make one stupid, however, I know plenty of stupid people that blaze... They were pretty stupid before they hit the bong, though.
I don't think it's entirely normal, but maybe you just have too much spare time on your hands or something, I don't know.
