Is it normal to smoke weed at work?

I just read an article about a girl accidentely putting a half smoked blunt in someones burger. How baked and or stupid would someone have to be to pull that off? As long as your job does not require you to need to use quick reactive critical thinking and problem solving skills, smoke up. Weed probably helps lower work related violence and shootings in jobs that are drone like. I can't imagine a stoned but disgruntled postal worker going postal.
