Is it normal to sleep with the light on?

    I did the other night. I had just watched paranormal witness and it scared the life out of me so every light in house got left on. xx

      This is one of the reasons I sleep with my light on, I watch too many ghost programmes. :P

          Yes, sometimes but I try to avoid them due to sleep problems. :D
