I'll say the same thing here too... I been a computer junky since 1994 and have always left my computer on 24/7. Thee only time it shuts off when it's time for rebooting. Unless someone owns a junk for a computer, you can normally keep your computer running 24/7 every year. By the time the life span is about up, you're due for an upgraded computer anyways, or you'll be running an antique....
So again this has answered the question if I sleep with my computer on to the person who created the poll.... YES, all the time!

Keeping a PC on for 24/7 doesn't actually affect it's lifespan.
