I feel really sorry for you that you have such low self-esteem or in your search for love that you so desperately try to please men :o( I hope that this bf is the one for you! You need to consider the effect of all these different men in your life on your children, or if they are not your main priority please get sterilised so you don't bring any more into the world.
There are many young women like you, and it breaks my heart. I would hope to empower you to realise how wonderful a person you are, and that men should be lucky to date you - should you date them for a year and not give them sex!!
Having sex with you doesn't mean men love you :o( They are not 'giving' like women and so many are just users. If women don't realise this then they are going to be hurt when the man bales out.
Love yourself and your kids more than you love any man! You and the kids are worth it. I hope your bf puts you on a pedestal and treats you all really well.
