Fine by me. I used to have a mattress that Hirt like a fat fuck! So, I put a futon on top. Then one day, I got rid of the mattress and now all I sleep on is the futon. It fits well into my bed frame and it is so comfy! I don't put any sheets or covers on it because 1. It would be pointless and 2. The futon is too soft and jiggly for that.
