Is it normal to shower once every 3 days?

I heard a long time ago that most doctors say you’re supposed to shower once every 3 days and that doing it twice a day is unhealthy so I started doing that but I’ve noticed that most people do it twice day and every single day of the year so IDK if I’m normal or not

    I shower once every 3 days too since im not working right now. Ill shower every other day normally when im working.

    Everyday, sometimes twice a day, but I work for a living. I also exercise every day for at least an hour or more.

    My work involves being outside a lot, in the summer that's in the heat. So in the summer it's normally twice. As for the hair at least every other day.

    If I can smell me you shouldn't have to.

    I shower about once a week. I was my hair every two.

    I shower in the evenings after work. I only wash my hair every two days, though.

    I shower once every 4 or 5 days since I don't work/go out in public very often.
