It depends. I wear a size 34F on a relatively small frame, so cleavage is usually unintentionally there. When I'm around my boyfriend though - you're damn sure I show off. Why wouldn't I?
The girls around me don't usually show cleavage, but short shorts and t-shirts are overly common.
