I dream I'm trapped somewhere and wake my partner up by acting out my dreams. I shout out very loud too. I find the whole experience terrifying!
It's happening more often than ever before

    It's normal, but then, its not. Most people are at a stage of sleep where they dream but cannot move, that's much more terrifying.

    My dreams are always like this. Another dream that scares is one in which my 5 year old son hangs himself

    I have a friend who does the same thing. I try not to have sleep-overs with her because it always scares the crap out of me.
