Actually, supermarkets have the narrowest profit margins of just about any business enterprise. The person you're stealing from makes about 2-4% profit on every item. (Restaurants tend to triple the price the item costs them. Maybe you should be stealing from restaurants.) That's the case in the U.S., anyway.
