Have you looked (REALLY looked) at why you can no longer give her what you believe she needs & deserves? If by intimacy you mean your sex life with her has gone stale, that's entirely normal in longterm relationships but there are things you can do about it, the first being to TALK about it with her and LISTEN to her.
