It seems as if you have some psychic ability or you have possibly a mental disorder such as schizophrenia (sorry if I misspelled). One I my friends is a psychic and I personally find it fascinating, though for the one who has the ability it may be terrifying. Try communicating with the person. See if it is something supernatural. Try and tell if it is demonic or not. If it is , then get help. It's been three years or so I realized. Are you alive??? Are you sane?
