    1. Shadow People (Some people think that they are demons.)
    2. The Spider could've been an Astral Being. Some people have encountered them on the Astral Plane and say that they feed on your energy.
    3. Paranormal occurrences. You're not crazy/mentally ill. If you're bothered, you should consider hiring a professional psychic to help you.
