I see them too. Usually it's out of the corners of my eyes, but sometimes they are rarely in front of me. I don't know if they are hallucinations or "spirits". They always scare the shit out of me, but there's been reports of them from other people too. It could be something like schizophrenia or you could be more sensitive to the "other side".
