I experienced this to some degree dealing with anxiety and depersonlization a while back. Im better now but every now and then i slip back into that state, like im hyperaware of myself. its a very weird feeling, i do believe this could be part of some evolving process maybe revealing itself to you i could be wrong but its definitly something to consider. Meditation might help you become more present.
