Is it normal to see flashes of light in vision? (Staring at screens)

    It could be eye strain from being on the computer for too long. Try to lessen your time. Take a break. If that doesn't work, see an eye doctor.

      Thanks you and yes I spent a long weekend away from the from the computer for the most part and my eyes feel much better for it and the flashes seem to have improved :)
