I dont think this is good, but in a way it's normal. I know lots of people who do stuff like this.
I have caught people doing similar things to me and in the end they lost because I will no longer do shit for them. They would have gotten much more out of me if they didnt screw me over. Examples I can give is people who have stayed at my house and stolen from me who I kicked out. If they didnt fuck me over, I would have let them mooch off me more as long as they continued to do their part of the chores, but instead they made actions that made me choose to get rid of them.
Whatever you do, make sure that they dont ever find out what you are doing or you will burn all your bridges and then regret your actions in the end.
