Is it normal to scream and jump around while playing video games?

I didn't do this at all when I still lived with my parents, but now whenever I play video games, even if I'm not really getting mad, I do some things I didn't do before. For example I'm almost always shirtless, and end up screaming at the TV for no reason. Even if I'm having fun and winning I'll just start screaming without even really realizing it, but I'm not sure if this is strange, or it's happened to someone else before. If I'm losing though it gets a lot worse. I'll usually start jumping around and breaking stuff, and my pants always almost come off. I'm worried that this is abnormal and could lead to worse behavior...but I never do it when not playing video games, or if other people are around. So is this normal?
