Is it normal to scratch off the tiny bumps on my back?

i dun think its to the extent where you call it acne but i have skin colored bumps on my upper back that i just randomly love to scratch off? it doesnt hurt or anything but is it normal?

    Get a back scrubber. Exfoliate! Having a smooth back will not only feel nice for you but it looks good. It also feels nice to the lucky person who gets to rub your back!

    I do it too. Even though no one notices them but me, I'm still paranoid that it might accumulate into acne. So, I say scratch away!

    I love pluckin hairs off my shoulders, and squeeze any non spot i have. I think this is pretty similiar
