Is it normal to scratch my fingernails on the seams of my clothes?

The best thing to use is the threads on shorts or hoodies. I can do it for hours if I’m watching a film or something, the threads look scatty as hell afterwards but I don’t care. Anyone else?

    It's just a habit. Most people do something like that. As long as you're not self-harming, it's fine.
