HEy, 19 male, arizona.

SO you know how we men have to scratch our balls constantly and it'd becoming so common as to when a woman have to adjust her panties in the front. Anyhow, this happens on several occasions. sometimes i'll reach in my pants when walking to class and scratch my balls. SOmetimes i'll just be walking and there's a lot of people or even a lot of girls and I just have to scratch so i (this time on the outside) grab my junk and scratch em. And some times when i scratch my balls you can see the motion of my D swingin around and I also wonder what girls think of us men when we scratch our balls in public. Anyhow, is it normal to scratch my balls in public?
