Is it normal to say stuff just so people talk about me and i get attention?

Hi. I say stuff that I know is deliberately controversial and I tweet outrageous things. I do this so that people react to it and I give me attention. It doesn’t mean to me whether it’s negative attention or positive. I like knowing people are talking about me and if they aren’t and I’m not getting attention I feel worthless and defeated.

I personally like debating with people about religion and politics, so I do similar things just to start an argument.

Sorry, but that has nothing to do with religion or politics. Try again.

Well, as a conservative traditionalist catholic christian, I believe that fetuses are human beings that God has made, therefore it would be cruel to kill them. So, essentially, my argument is that fetuses are human beings that should have the same rights as human beings that are outside of the womb. They are -at least- human cells that are going to grow up to be human beings. If you think about it, killing a fetus could be considered worse than murder because a murder victim has at least had a chance to live an independent life to an extent, while the fetus still hasn't had a chance to live an independent life.

I mean that is pretty much what every pro-lifer says. I just am not sure because pregnancy is hard to prevent perfectly and I don't like the idea of forcing a woman to give birth and all that. I'll think about it.

But as a Christian, I have about 1000 questions for you. And I do belief Christianity is kind of a scam that has done a lot of harm to society. If you want disagreement for the purpose of facilitating a debate, I would start there.

My biggest hang up with Christianity is sex. Particularly the fact that it condemns any sex outside of a one man one woman marriage. To me its outrageous to say I can't have sex when I want or to say that gay people should be abstinent for life. Do you believe in that portion of the bible? It seems like a lot of christians don't. And if you do believe in them, how do you defend that?
