You must find out why you don't love yourself, and then Change that so that you do. I think you're right here. Also in your other post when you spoke about talking to your partner about the problem. That kind of really honest communication, where you have to be almost brutally honest with yourself, to at least let them know you are aware of what you are doing and you're trying!
