Is it normal to rub your feet together??

Before bed, I put cream on my feet because while I'm trying to sleep it soothes me to rub my feet together. Does anyone else do that. is it normal?

    Omg. I just realize I do this recently to get myself to fall asleep. I don't know when it started. But I do it in a steady beat so there's a rhythmic feeling and it "rocks" me to sleep.

    Its definitely normal its a form of self soothing been doing it for years except I don't use lotion I'm doing it now cos I'm going to sleep any minute now !

    My bf rubs his feet together all the time when he's sleeping or trying to fall asleep. I always thought he was weird for doing that.
