Is it normal to rub my feet together in bed

When I go to bed I continously rub my feet together sometimes making the top of them raw is that normal

Is It Normal?

    I do it too for comfort but not until it hurts. Try wrapping them up in the sheet so they will feel safe and warm.

    I used to do that on the wall cause it tickled and it was cold...
    XD
    Seems normal to me but I don't know how you get any sleep. Tone it down a bit.
