That sounds like a great idea, normally I would play with a pocket knife (flip it out, rub my fingertips against the blade, flip it back in, twirl it around, etc.), I think it might have something to do with my Aspergers Syndrome but I know people with ADD/ADHD and OCD fidget a lot too, so it is really just fidgeting.
But I think pharmaceutical psychology is a fucking joke 95% of the time. I think fidgeting is normal, we all do it in different ways.
