I got talked into having a colonic irrigation once by a friend who raved about it. It was particular unpleasant while it was being set up and I began to think I was the victim of an elaborate practical joke. Then it got even more unpleasant as water seemed to be going in but none coming out. I felt like something was going to rupture inside me until finally it started working normally. That bit wasn't too bad. Kind of tickly and not unpleasant. But it was after it was over that was the interesting bit.
I felt like I'd lost weight, was walking on air, felt incredibly healthy, and just had a general feel of wellbeing. It's difficult to describe but it's really rather good.
Is it normal to remove the shower head and put the nozzle in your ass?
