Is it normal to relax to a religious book?

  • Ok now we are getting some where. How did the first apes organs come together in such a advanced design on their own? How did the cells, just by chance, create such an advanced design? Mammals have bodies that run like engines. Everything has a specific purpose. Its a very advanced designed to just come together by accident, in my opinion.

I'm not saying the bible is accurate, or there is a god, but to me it's more likely that there was SOME type of intelligent force that was in control over creating the first mammals. It's hard for me to believe a bunch of cells over millions of years just by chance came together to make such advanced 'machinery'.

    • It came by apes making babies, that's all I can say, it wasn't designed. And the first apes came gradually, perhaps from reptiles, it's over a process of evolution, from amphibians and first from fish, no one designed it because for such a complex thing to be designed it needs an even more complex designer, and then, who designed the designer? Exactly!

      • Who designed the designer is a whole other can of worms. I see the point you were making tho. We could go on for eternity asking who designed this and that.

Perhaps the designer isn't something we can understand. Maybe its the earth itself or some nerdy god with a computer program he made named earth. It could be anything. Perhaps all cells are part of the universe thats alive and tells it what to do. Maybe cells communicate. I just feel like mammals have very advanced organs. They're very similar to engines with all the pieces having a specific purpose. To me its less likely these things just happened by chance with cells accidentally. They say cells are made up of atoms but how did the cells know they would need a heart, lungs, blah blah. Its hard for me to explain my thoughts on this but I hope I made sense to you. Im just repeating myself trying to explain what is in my head. I'm not good with words 🤣. I hope it atleast planted the seed in your head for you to think about in the future since you seem interested in the subject like me. I think about this from time to time.

        • Do you believe in the matrix? I believe I may be a brain in a vat that some automaton, mad scientist or robot may have pulled my brain out, if I see this brain myself I'll know for sure, the original intention is to believe I'm just in the matrix and after death I'll get unplugged, until science proved me wrong by saying there's no life after death. But this isn't new, even before science mentioned it people believed once you're dead, you don't live again, it's over, which is what I originally believed, I didn't at the time know any other way to believe in death, I believe my original childhood mind is the truth, and is the following: that highly intelligent people are mere brains kept alive in a jar (so they can be) and they put the brain in there themselves and can't move, that life is a dream in which I'll never wake up (I'll die in my sleep), that the world is an illusion, that you create your own reality by thinking and physically acting on such thinking, that positive thinking leads to positive results, "wake up and smell the coffee", and finally, Jesus is an arsehole and general irritation and blasphemy of the Christian church, and anything relating to no gods, since it's crazy to believe in religions.
