That’s good advice from the above poster soccer2. If you feel like you’re just too anxious to do it though, then you might have some social anxiety. It’s nothing to be ashamed of, I’ve actually dealt with it myself. I’d suggest that you talk to your doctor about maybe trying some meds for social anxiety. There are a number of types you could try, but the one I’m on is called Luvox CR. I live in the United States, so if you’re in another country it probably goes by a different name. You might be surprised how much it can help. I was a nervous wreck before dates when I wasn’t on Luvox, but now my nerves are just a fraction of what they used to be. If you do try some meds, just know that it might take awhile for your body to adjust. Just stick with it though, and more than likely you’ll be feeling great within weeks. Good luck.
