You're only 24. Why are you acting like your life is ending? Like I said to a previous person on here upset that he was a virgin at the "elderly" age of 22, he shouldn't sweat about it. As a woman, you can basically lose your virginity to anyone who is willing without much effort. However, you're smart to not want to get pregnant or get an STI/D.
Go to Planned Parenthood in your area and request birth control information. Read here too: https://bedsider.org/methods Planned Parenthood will set you up with free birth control if you fit the low income requirements, as well as give you free condoms.
If you if you want to just lose your virginity safely and without the pressure of a relationship, I suggest a Friends With Benefits arrangement: http://m.wikihow.com/Start-a-Friends-With-Benefits-Relationship
However, choose your guy wisely and make sure he understand your intentions.
I don't remember my account, but when I asked this question I tried to make my gender as ambiguous as possible to see what kind of comments I would get. As I suspected, all of you assumed I was a girl, but I was actually the guy in this situation, but thanks for the well thought out reply.
Normally, only women worry about pregnancy, which is probably why everyone (me too) assumed you were a girl. Men mostly wonder if they have a chance at sex with some hot girl they met a day ago or something.
It's nice you're worried about accidently making children because it shows you would probably step up and be a good father if you had to.
IIN to regret not having sexual intercourse; being a virgin?

No problem.
