For example I find myself recording anything from when I cut my fingernails last to when I last masturbated?

Anyone else do this?

    I wouldn't say this is normal, but a lot of people do weird things like this. We all have our junk and secrets.

    If this isn't an issue then I don't see why it matters. This could be a sign of OCD or something similar though. If you have a compulsion to do this and it is bothering you, maybe you can find a way to stop.
