    It sounds like a mother trying to be motherly and accommodate people's feelings. Slightly misjudged, but the sentiment is there. It's kind of nice, to be honest. At least she cares.

      I didn't get it from my mom, but from my girlfriends mom. That's why I'm a bit confused.
