I don't have teretz (idk if thyself the rite spelling) but I sometimes twirltch randomly when lieing down... is this normal

    It's perfectly normal (even healthy) to "jerk" in any way when you are drifting off to sleep. That's your body's way of releasing stress.

    U mean u have like reflexes? U lay and then boom ur leg has a fast reflex and moves?
